Core naming and technology positioning In pursuit of high-performance hotends, JUUPINE has newly developed and launched a hotend suitable for Bambu lab H2D high-flow fast printing, named TcnCoat Hotend, optimized and upgraded nano-coating nozzles and electroplating process heating blocks, with a maximum temperature resistance of 500 degrees Celsius, and can print a variety of special consumables.

Nano-coating nozzle technology Adopting the nano-coating process jointly developed by China and Europe, a high wear-resistant coating is formed on the hardened steel nozzle substrate, and the service life is increased by 2.5 times compared with a single hardened steel nozzle, 7.5 times compared with a stainless steel nozzle, and 12.5 times compared with a brass nozzle.
