【Important Note】 Except for PLA filament, to ensure successful printing, the smooth PEI surface requires the use of a 3D printing glue stick to prevent model detachment, or the addition of a skirt or support structures. The smooth PEI surface will give your printed parts a more matte and smooth bottom surface.

【Cleaning and Maintenance】Please re-level the platform before changing the printing surface; please wait for the platform to cool down before removing the model to avoid damaging the platform surface; please clean the surface regularly with a non-woven cloth to avoid fingerprints, oil stains, or dust.
