Nozzle optimization and upgrade: Beyond its aesthetic appeal, our purple hot end features a significantly improved nozzle. Performance has been optimized with the addition of a nano-coating material. This nano-polymer coating offers significant advantages, reducing the coefficient of friction while providing high temperature resistance and hardness.

Compatible with various filaments: The optimized nano-nozzle features a smooth, burr-free inner wall and an enhanced external nano-coating. When printing with various common filaments (such as TPU, PLA, etc.; carbon fiber is not recommended), this coating effectively reduces the coefficient of friction, preventing filament buildup in the nozzle and the formation of tangled or spaghetti-like patterns.

Powerful performance: The nozzle coating utilizes top-tier Japanese nano-coating technology, resulting in an extremely low coefficient of friction (0.03 - 0.15μ), high temperature resistance (operable at 300°C), high hardness, wear resistance, non-volatile properties, and non-toxicity. Other nozzles with PTFE coatings show a significant decrease in performance over time and with increasing temperature.

Easy to clean: The JUUPINE (purple nano-coated non-stick nozzle) is durable and suitable for use with common materials. It is easy to peel off when cleaning consumables, facilitating brush cleaning, improving print quality, and reducing defective nozzle tip wrapping.
